Design needs
Most competitor books have pictures of 'barndo' exteriors or partial exterior and partial design plan. I am not a fan of this look and would like to have an image of a warm inviting interior instead, perhaps of a wide open living room space witha fireplace and a kitchen in the background. Something that the reader can look at and imagine themselves being in that room. I would also be open to having small inserts of exterior images carefully placed. The other thought I had was to do a 'before' and 'after' where there are two images of the same structure/room showing how it started and how it looks once the renovations are completed. There are some sample images demonstrating these two concepts attached.
What to avoid
I want to avoid having a large image of a building exterior in the middle of the page. Also, please do not use squiggly fonts.
