We have many great features that you can access on your FORM goggles without needing to subscribe to our FORM Premium features. Through what we call our Core Functionality, you will always have access to your real-time swim metrics tracked and displayed across all your pool, open water, and swim spa swims on your FORM Smart Swim goggles.
In addition, you can pair a Garmin or Apple smartwatch to access pace and distance metrics when open water swimming, push your swim data to TrainingPeaks, Strava, Apple Health, and TriDot, and review and analyze all your post-swim data in FORM App (for iOS/Android).

HeadCoach™
HeadCoach™ offers real-time digital coaching feedback, enhanced metrics, and in-depth educational tools to improve your swim technique using FORM goggles. This feature supports skill development and technique refinement, whether you're training independently or with a coach.
HeadCoach targets the following 5 skills, identified to help you improve your swimming technique and your quality of training:
Head Pitch: the angle you are looking up or down while you swim
Peak Head Roll: the amount that your head rolls to take a breath
Time-to-Neutral: the proportion of your breathing stroke it takes to return your head to the water
Interval Pacing: your ability to maintain a consistent pace length-by-length in an interval
Set Pacing: your ability to keep a consistent pace from interval to interval within a set
For each of these skills, HeadCoach provides a detailed analysis that will help you identify what skill you may need to work on the most and track how much you have improved these skills over time which will lead to improvements in your FORM Score.
SwimStraight™
Incorporating a first-of-its-kind digital compass, SwimStraight™ enhances open-water swim confidence by enabling swimmers to follow an in-goggle directional heading. This reduces course deviations and improves overall swim efficiency when you’re in open water.

With over 1500 workouts to choose from, automatically sync a workout to your FORM Smart Swim goggles and see motivating lap-by-lap instructions in your goggles display. Stay motivated and accountable with FORM Workouts.
Training Plans
FORM Training Plans push you to go beyond your average swim with structure and commitment in mind, to help you develop your swimming over a defined period of time, or with your certain swim goal in mind.
With over 45 FORM training plans to choose from, made for swimmers at every level, follow a plan and your weekly workouts will automatically sync to your goggles. Plans are available in different distance volumes.
Workout Builder
With our FORM Workout Builder, create your own workouts or edit a FORM workout to suit your needs with ease in the FORM App, and when you’re done, simply sync your new workout to your goggles and swim it!
Create workouts from scratch, change subsets, rest time, equipment, drills, and more. With Workout Builder you can tailor your workouts to your needs, with endless options.
TrainingPeaks & TriDot Import
Easily connect your TrainingPeaks and TriDot accounts in the FORM App and seamlessly import your workouts from either platform to view your workout instructions while you swim.
If you’re coached remotely or prefer to use workouts from either TrainingPeaks or TriDot, this integration couldn’t be simpler or more convenient for you. Not only can you be prescribed workouts, but you can also seamlessly sync them onto your goggles, and post-swim have the data from your workout pushed back to those platforms for review.

How much is FORM Premium?
So now you’ve heard about all our great FORM Premium features, what’s the cost? Well, upon purchase of either our Smart Swim 1 or Smart Swim 2 goggles you instantly get access to a 2-month free trial to FORM Premium, so you can use all the features mentioned above, see how they work for you, and how they can improve your swimming by utilizing them.
Beyond the initial 2-month trial period, access to our FORM Premium features can be paid on an annual or monthly basis. Annually, which is the most cost-effective way of accessing FORM Premium features, the cost is $99 for 12 months, which works out to just $8.25 a month (less than the cost of that post-swim recovery smoothie!) Meanwhile, paying month to month, FORM Premium is $15 per month but provides great flexibility as you can choose to start or stop your subscription at any time.
